Both. Many clients hand us the brief and we deliver concept, manufacture and installation in one package. We also collaborate closely with architects, interior designers and main contractors when we're brought in for a specific scope.
We start with a discovery conversation — brand, site, budget, programme. Concept design follows, then technical drawings and prototypes. Once signed off, we manufacture in-house and install on site. Lead times depend on scope but we'll always be transparent at the brief stage.
